Abstract: For the needs of integrated automation and intelligence, energy data analysis and management, and real-time online monitor-ing of equipment in a smart factory, a very applicable wireless communication remote data monitoring system is designed in the estab-lished DCS system. The system adopts LoRa wireless communication Internet of Things technology,with LoRa wireless module and 485 bus forming the network physical layer to connect intelligent instruments and devices, Modbus-RTU as the data link layer and application layer communication protocol, realizing remote communication and data transmission of the DCS system and smart fac-tory between various intelligent instruments and devices. The actual application results show that the accuracy of the data collected by the system and the wireless communication distance can meet the design requirements, the actual operation and performance of the system is stable, the communication is reliable, and the effect is good.
