    0 Preface

Therefore, it is urgent for tower companies to quickly and efficiently promote the installation of site branch metering equipment and achieve accurate, transparent and clear electricity bill allocation for operators.     1 Construction goals

    When installing branch metering equipment, the Tower Company should base its efforts on ensuring accurate branch metering and customer approval, focus on precise design and installation specifications, and be driven by benchmarking demonstrations to effectively guide the installation of branch metering equipment in various cities and achieve The branch metering installation has clear goals, is accurate and efficient.

    1.1Consolidate measurement and collection capabilities

    (1) Improve the coverage and accuracy of branch metering by carrying out special actions for branch metering installation;

    (2) Carry out systematic verification work from the three aspects of data accuracy, equipment stability and data accuracy of branch metering equipment to lay a solid foundation for mutual trust;

    (3) Pilot remote meter reading for power supply transfer to provide data basis for improving billing efficiency, electricity bill audit management and control, and site power consumption analysis.

    1.2 Build a management service platform

    (1) Develop and construct an energy consumption management platform to support internal energy consumption management and control while meeting the individual needs of customers;

    (2) Implement accurate measurement, statistical analysis, early warning order dispatching, and intelligent control of energy consumption management internally to support front-line production;

    (3) Externally implement online reconciliation management, real-time allocation confirmation, online reconciliation (customers and owners), transparent consumption and mutual trust functions to improve the efficiency of electricity bill confirmation.

    1.3 Exploration of electronic reconciliation

    Work with operators to promote the joint debugging and scheduling of electronic reconciliation of electricity bills to achieve electronic reconciliation of electricity bills.

    1.4 Three-dimensional service system

    Through the popularization and installation of branch metering equipment, the electronic reconciliation function of electricity bills can be realized on the basis of building an "energy consumption management system". At the same time, the three major portals of towers, operators, and owners can establish a trinity of standardized online electricity bill management processes to achieve intelligent management of energy consumption and accurate distribution of electricity bills; lump sum electricity analysis and electronic bill push; provide owner-managed services to improve Maintain capabilities independently, thereby forming a three-dimensional service system for front lines, customers, and owners.

    (1) This solution was designed for IoT online precise sub energy monitoring of the overall telecommunications tower base station.


    (2) Normally, the power system of base station could be devided into AC part and DC part [-48Vdc]. And usually request a multi-channel metering regarding the different energy usage like  for different telecommunications service provider's base station communications equipment [DC side]. Or for either the mains supply, back-up generator, lighting, airconditioner of base station. [AC side] Thus, multi-channel DC or AC energy meter will be the key to solve such request.


    (3) This solution was majorly for both cloud&local energy monitoring, different from Acrel local

    energy monitoring solution which is designed for base station local energy monitoring by providing only hardware. In other hands, this solution could be also adapted to 3rd party IoT

    energy monitoring system via API or SDK for data transferation
