    1 Background and technical preparation

    In communication base stations, since the operator's equipment mainly uses DC power supply, we use shunt metering equipment to measure the power consumption (DC) of each operator's equipment in real time, and then transmit the data back to the base station through the dynamic environment monitoring system of each base station.
